Covid-19 Phase 3 Updates (Dated 28 Dec 2020)

Dear Friends!

We're officially in Phase 3! We have since reviewed our operations and have decided to remain operating in split teams to ensure service continuity to you.

As such, we do not have the manpower to continue operating as we were pre-Covid 19. This arrangement will stand in Phase 3 and we remain dedicated to support all rentals in the safest way possible.

Our new operating hours are as follows:

Booking Enquiries via WhatsApp or Emails only. We start manning our lines earlier at 830am on Fridays only. Other days are as usual from 11am.

South Bridge Road Office (Photo)

Mon to Fri: Returns 11am to 1.30pm | Lunch 1.30pm - 2.30pm | Collections 4pm - 6.45pm.
Weekends: Returns 11am to 1.30pm | Collections 2.30pm - 4.45pm.
Public Holidays: Returns 11am to 1.30pm | Collections 1.30pm - 2.45pm.

CT Hub 2 Office (Video)
Bulky/Van Bookings will be via appointment only (may start as early as 10.30am). Please check with us during bookings.

For the rest,
Mon to Fri: Returns 11am to 1.30pm | Lunch 130pm - 2.30pm | Collections 4pm - 6.45pm.
Weekends: Returns 11am to 1.30pm | Collections 2.30pm - 4.45pm.

We recommend checking with us via WhatsApp if we are available to handle your collections or returns outside the designated collection and return timings that were mentioned during your bookings.

Your safety remains our number one priority

As such, we will be operating in the following manner during Phase 3 until further updates:

1. Our offices will be OPEN to you strictly via APPOINTMENTS ONLY. We will not be able to receive unscheduled walk-ins as there will be limited slots for daily returns and collections. This applies to 3rd Party Couriers (LalaMove, GogoVan, Grab etc.) as well. The slots are staggered to minimise your contact with other customers.

2. We will still offer Non contact FOC (i.e. Free Of Charge) delivery at a minimum spend of $50 for non bulky items till end of March 2021. If rental amount falls below that, we will charge a nominal $15 for 2 way delivery. Standard charges apply for bulky stuff.

3. All bookings must be made beforehand via email or WhatsApp or through our IOS app, ‘Camera Rental Centre (SG)’. Prepayments must be made via PayNow/ Bank transfers. This is to reduce prolonged exposure in our offices.

4. We will sanitise the collection points between customers. Please assist to stay in those areas and DO NOT wander around.

5. We will disinfect our equipment in-between rentals and sanitise our hands before packing of outgoing equipment.

6. ‘Safe Management Measures' are still in place. This includes twice daily temperature checks for our team and ensuring safe social distancing and being masked up while in office. The SafeEntry poster are still placed at our doors, so please check in before entering our premises. Do have your surgical/cloth face mask on at all times. Hand santisers are readily available for your usage as well. This is to ensure that our office is a safe environment.
