PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
Payment and processing for items ordered here will be handled directly by Camera Rental Centre (Singapore).

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED?
Once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and therefore cannot make any changes. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
During Checkout, you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.
We currently do not ship outside Singapore. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to order the items from overseas.
CAN WE PURCHASE THE PRINTS IN DIFFERENT SIZES OR USING DIFFERENT PAPERS?
Yes. We work exclusively with Wall Your Photos (http://wallyourphotos) fine art printer for Thomas’ exihibition. If you would like to have the prints done in a different size or on a different type of paper as specified in our description, please contact us directly and we’ll work out the prices for you. The full value of the profits from these customized orders will still go directly to the two mentioned charities.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE SO MUCH FOR IKEA FRAMES?
The cost of framing includes a logistic and manpower fee as we personally select and purchase the frames at the Ikea store ourselves. We also dutifully clean every sheet of glass before framing the photos as glass straight out from the store tends to need a little cleaning up. Although our team makes every effort to ensure that we get the best of the frames available at Ikea, we will not be held responsible should you find defects with the frames or glass after your purchase has been made or delievered.
WHAT IF I WANT AN ALTERNATIVE FRAMING SOLUTION?
We have framers that we work with regularly that we will happily recommend to our buyers. You may purchase the print(s) from us and bring them directly to these professionals to be framed accordingly.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS REACH ME?
We use Singpost or our own courier service for all local deliveries. All orders will be packed, processed and sent within 7 working days of receiving your order.
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges. If you received a defective, or wrong item, we’ll happily replace it. Please contact us at email@example.com to facilitate replacement of any defective items. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send the defective or wrong item back to us or bring it to our office at #02-01 23 New Bridge Road S059389.
